Return Policy
This Return Policy applies to all the websites owned or managed by BestStore Pty Ltd unless otherwise stated.
If an item is damaged, faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please notify us via email quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return with a photo detailing the damage (if the case), and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return. You will be provided a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You must have this return authorization for your return to be processed.
If you were not the original purchaser of the item, please make sure that you keep the original packaging for its receiver’s label, which contains information about the order, i.e. order number. This will help us expedite the return process.
We are happy to accept a return within 7 working days from the day you received the faulty item.
In case you changed your mind, we can offer an exchange within 7 working days of purchase, again providing the product is returned as new and with proof of purchase. We do not offer a refund on postage.
This return policy does not affect your statutory rights.
We must receive back the product(s) unopened and in original condition, including all plastic wrapping. Please include a copy of your order when returning the product(s).
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the product(s) at your own expense. Please state on your invoice the name of the product we agreed on as a replacement and send it back to us.
